 Here are some examples of products we have made that fit the Honda CBR400 (among many others).


Fuel tank side cushion

This does not come with the adhesive tape you would find on the OE part, as it easily washes off when fuel is spilled on it. We leave it to the customer to choose to use tape, adhesive foam or to use a more appropriate glue like 1300L.

Stem cap


Initially produced for the CBR400 we soon found out this cap is common to a load of Hondas that were both designed for this cap and also for those that were intended to have a capped nut fitted.

Efforts were made to add strength during shipping to our product by designing in support material that could double as packaging. This has had some success but cannot protect from abuse.
It still is a great example of a production, normally disposable part, being reused in the packaging process.

Sub air filter

This sub air filter fits over 765 Honda models from the 80's through early 00's. It is laser cut to the correct dimensions from aerospace grade open cell filtration material.

Mightily small handles - About &Fitting guide

Contents A)    Intro - About the mighty small handle B)   Fitting guide A)   Intro - About the mighty small handle 1.1 HPE Folding Tool kit handle CP PETg After the success of our folding tool kit handles, we decided we needed to go bigger, by going smaller.    The idea was pretty simple; make a handle for smaller shadow foam shelves that could be removed from  from a larger kit  to enable small items to be brought closer to the work area whilst still keeping things organised.  Design Key elements were: They have to be very compact. Light weight. Be easy to use. be strong enough to support a wide range of tools. fig 2.2 testing After some testing a final design was chosen with a base size taking up 40mm X 15mm of space each. Not bad at all! Stress testing was carried out till we ran out of things to hand off of our test handle, ending up with an  8kg per handle load,  a FoS (Factor of Safety) of 5.
